Red Bull Racing won four successive Drivers' and Constructors' Championship titles in 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013 with driver Sebastian Vettel, becoming the first Austrian team to win the title. The team used Renault engines from 2007 to 2018 (re-badged TAG Heuer from 2016 to 2018). They began using Honda engines in 2019, and Max Verstappen won the Drivers' Championship in 2021, 2022, and 2023. Red Bull won Constructors' titles in 2022 and 2023, but lost in 2021 to Mercedes. Honda officially left the sport after 2021 but continues to provide technical support and manufacturing assistance; the engines are branded as Honda RBPT or Red Bull Powertrains depending on the year. Red Bull is set to switch to Ford engines in 2026.

The team traces its origins to Stewart Grand Prix (1997), which became Jaguar Racing in 2000. Red Bull purchased Jaguar Racing on 15 November 2004. The team used Cosworth engines in 2005, Ferrari engines in 2006, and Renault engines from 2007 to 2018. They have a new wind tunnel due by 2026.
