Boomer
One of the Rowdyruff Boys and Bubbles' evil male counterpart.
Boomer is a fictional supervillain from the animated series The Powerpuff Girls, and one of the Rowdyruff Boys — the Powerpuff Girls' evil male counterparts. He is a counterpart to Bubbles, not Blossom (Blossom's counterpart is Brick). Boomer was created solely by Mojo Jojo using the same formula that birthed the girls but with male DNA, with no accidental involvement from the Professor. His existence represents a chaotic mirror image of the heroines, often clashing with them in battles across Townsville.
