Snoopy vs. the Red Baron (video game)
Snoopy takes flight as a World War I ace.
In 2006, Snoopy, the dog from Charles M. Schulz's Peanuts, starred in a flight combat game for the PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable, and PC. As a World War I flying ace, he fights the Red Baron and his Flying Circus. This was the first Peanuts game on a Sony system and the second overall based on Snoopy's ace pilot daydreams. A planned Xbox version was scrapped.

Plot
The story kicks off with Lucy and Charlie Brown wondering what Snoopy gets up to when he's not around, one of his daydreams being a World War I flying ace. Linus has just put down Snoopy's manuscript about those fantasies when Charlie Brown arrives to read it. In Snoopy's made-up tale, set in 1916 Europe during the Great War, Charlie Brown works as the Allies' janitor, Lucy is the general, Linus handles intelligence, and Marcie is the head scientist. The Red Baron and his Flying Circus attack Civilization Island, also known as Aerodrome Island. The Allies manage to wipe out the Baron's base and a battleship that strikes the Allied aerodrome. Back at the aerodrome, Charlie Brown is studying blueprints for a Doodlebug bomb, a weapon of mass destruction, when a Flying Circus spy kidnaps him. Conrad, a relative of Woodstock, fills Lucy in, and she has Sally put together a report on the Montsec woods, where the Flying Circus has set up a base. Snoopy destroys that base, then takes out the massive Harvester vehicle the Baron sends to build a new one. While Snoopy fights in Verdun, Conrad slips into Charlie Brown's cell. Charlie Brown scribbles a secret message demanding rescue and revealing the Flying Circus has started work on the Doodlebug bomb. To finish the bomb, the Flying Circus needs unobtanium, so they open a mine in the Alps. Lucy sends Snoopy to the Matterhorn mines, where he takes down fighter planes, a military train, and a drilling machine. As the Allies move into Verdon Gorge, Lucy, Rerun, and Franklin get captured, leaving Linus in charge. Snoopy sinks an aircraft carrier at the gorge. With his plans ruined, the Baron launches a giant flying fortress carrying the Doodlebug. Snoopy knocks out its engines, frees captured Allied pilots, and then faces the Red Baron. Snoopy shoots the Baron down, but the Baron fires a complete Doodlebug bomb toward Allied Headquarters, with Charlie Brown strapped on top. Snoopy frees Charlie Brown and stops the Doodlebug just before it hits its target.
