Millie Laura Farrow, born 3 June 1996, is an English professional forward currently playing for Trabzonspor in the Turkish Women's Football Super League (KFSL). She has represented England at the under-19 and under-23 levels. Throughout her career, Farrow has openly dealt with obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD), a struggle she detailed in her 2023 book Brave Enough Not To Quit.

Career

Farrow attended Itchen College in Southampton, where she scored four goals in the ECFA National Knockout Cup final against Wyke College at the Bescot Stadium. She debuted for Chelsea during the 2014 FA WSL season, with the team finishing second. In the 2015 season, she scored her first goal against Bristol City on 12 July 2015 and made two appearances as Chelsea finished first. She went on loan to Bristol City in January 2016, scoring 11 goals in 16 appearances and helping the team secure second place and promotion to FA WSL 1; she scored a brace in a 5–0 win over Oxford United in the final game.

Crystal Palace

After the loan was cut short by injury, Farrow signed permanently for Bristol City in January 2018. On 22 July 2018, she joined Reading, and on 8 June 2020, Reading announced her departure after her contract expired. On 22 August 2020, Leicester City of the FA Women's Championship signed Farrow among seven other FA WSL players as the club became fully professional. On 20 July 2021, Crystal Palace of the same league signed her; she scored her first goal in a 1–1 draw with Sunderland.

She next signed for London City Lionesses but left after her contract was voided without making a competitive appearance, then joined National Women's Soccer League side North Carolina Courage for the remainder of the 2023 season. On 17 July 2023, Perth Glory signed her for the 2023–24 A-League Women season. On 9 December 2023, she became the first Perth Glory player since Sam Kerr in 2019 to score a hat-trick, netting all three goals in a 3–1 win over Melbourne City.

Central Coast Mariners

In June 2024, she joined Sydney FC for the 2024–25 season but was released in June 2025. In October 2025, she joined defending champions Central Coast Mariners. Ahead of the 2026–27 season, Farrow signed for Trabzonspor.
