The Pacifics made their franchise debut on June 4, 2012, defeating the Sonoma County Grapes 3–1 at Albert Park. When play resumed in 2021 under manager Stephen Leonetti, San Rafael finished 22–18 and defeated the Martinez Sturgeon in the bay championship series.
