The floodlights hummed low against the grey Parisian sky as the Virage Auteuil began to fill. It was not a roar that started first, but a rhythmic clapping, deep and resonant, vibrating through the concrete steps. A single flare hissed to life in the front row, casting an orange glow on the sea of blue and red scarves. The chant began softly, a whisper of 'Allez PSG' that swelled into a thunderous declaration of identity. In the center of the stand, the tifo unfurled like a banner of war, depicting the Eiffel Tower crowned with stars. For ninety minutes, the noise would not cease, a wall of sound that made the players on the pitch feel as though they were running through fire and glory alone.
