Mancha Verde is the largest organized supporters' group of Sociedade Esportiva Palmeiras, a Brazilian professional football club based in São Paulo. The club was founded by Italian immigrants on 26 August 1914 as Palestra Itália and changed its name to Palmeiras on 14 September 1942.
