SEELE's nine white Evangelions from The End of Evangelion.
The Mass Production Evangelions are the last Evangelion units built, appearing in The End of Evangelion. SEELE had them made in secret at seven NERV facilities around the world, including ones in Germany and China. There are nine of them, all identical.

Background
They are simplified Evangelion designs with mostly white armour and black details, similar in shape to Unit-02 but without shoulder pylons and with no charging port, since every one carries an S2 Engine and needs neither umbilical cable nor batteries. They have large retractable mechanical wings. SEELE built them after the loss of Units 03 and 04 and delays to Units 05 and 06, and they run on dummy plugs based on Kaworu. Each carries a copy of the Spear of Longinus.
