When questioned, Kiran says his guests died mysteriously. The police check the register and find that all those people were the palace’s former owners, who had died years earlier in the same way, shortly after registering the property in their names.
Kiran returns to the palace and tells the others that the guests had already died years before, based on the resort register. They then meet an old man who says the palace is haunted by a devil he accidentally released. The devil kills whoever buys the palace, meaning Kiran is next. They seek help from an exorcist named RGV, but he is a fraud and gets beaten by the devil. On the full moon, the devil gains superpowers, possesses Smita, Sharath, and Rashmi, and tries to kill Kiran. In the chaos, JP and his son break in with their gang. JP forces Kiran to transfer the palace ownership to him, despite Kiran’s warnings.
As Kiran and his group leave, the ghosts of the former owners enter the palace, along with JP and his gang, implying the devil has killed them. Kiran and his companions lament and depart.
