Philip Boreas Greyrat
Eris's father, the easygoing, scheming mayor of Roa.
Philip Boreas Greyrat was the father of Eris Boreas Greyrat and the husband of Hilda Boreas Greyrat. A son of Sauros Boreas Greyrat and a cousin of Paul Greyrat, he became the mayor of the Citadel of Roa after losing the bid to become the next head of the Boreas family and Lord of the Fittoa Region, and as a result his two sons were taken from him to be raised by James Boreas Greyrat, as per Boreas tradition. When Paul came to him asking for a job, Philip made him a low-ranking knight; at Paul's request he later hired Rudeus as Eris's tutor. Like all of the Boreas family, he has a love for the Beast Race, and Rudeus describes him as extremely resourceful and efficient.
