Beast Race

The Beast Race is a race of many tribes that originally lived in the Beast World, a world of endless forests and connected mountains ruled by the Beast God. Most members have a humanoid body like humans, but their ears sit on top of their heads and they have a tail at the lower back. When the First Dragon God invaded the Beast World and defeated the Beast God, the destruction of their world began and at least 90% of the Beast Race died, leaving the race with a lasting fear and hatred of the Dragon Tribe.

Some 8,000 to 10,000 years ago the survivors were brought to the Human World by the Human God, and after years of war between the races they settled in the vast forest that came to be called the Great Forest, now on the Millis Continent. When the humans, grown arrogant after winning the First Great Human-Demon War, went to war against the Beast Race too, the Beast God Giger of the Doldia Tribe rallied the tribes and defeated the human army, and the Doldia Tribe has since been revered as the chief of the Beast Race and the guardian of the Sacred Beast.
