The Bee Miraculous has passed through many hands over the centuries, each holder learning to channel the jewel's power differently. Some used the summoned bees for reconnaissance, others as a defensive barrier, and still others as a simple, overwhelming force. The Kwami Bigiel, true to its bee nature, is energetic, slightly scatterbrained, and deeply fond of sweet things. It hums when excited, buzzes irritably when its holder is being careless, and will nuzzle against the wearer's collar like a tiny, fuzzy cat.

Like all Miraculous, the Bee brooch responds to a spoken wish at the moment of transformation, and its power is amplified when the holder's emotional state is strong and focused. In the grand scheme, the Bee is considered a 'support' jewel—its bees can carry messages, pollinate, sting, or simply create a disorienting cloud—making it versatile but rarely a one-hit knockout. Fans often note that Bigiel's round, almost spherical body and stubby wings give it an endearing, slightly clumsy charm that contrasts with the precision of the bees it animates.

The jewel's golden hue catches light beautifully, and in the show's animation it often glows with a warm amber pulse when Bigiel is particularly happy or when a swarm is forming. It sits comfortably on a lapel or collar, making it one of the more practical Miraculous for everyday wear.

All require a spoken wish to activate; powers can conflict when multiple are worn simultaneously, and the Kwami will resist a holder whose heart is not in the right place. The Bee's swarm, for instance, can be dispersed by strong wind or a Cat Noir's tail swipe, and Bigiel will wail and hide if its holder is being cruel.
