Karl-Anthony Towns Jr. (born November 15, 1995), also known by his initials KAT, is a Dominican American professional basketball player for the New York Knicks of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was selected with the first overall pick in the 2015 NBA draft by the Minnesota Timberwolves and played nine seasons for the team before being traded to the Knicks before the 2024–25 season.
