Tibalt is a tiefling planeswalker who appears on Kaldheim disguised as Valki, God of lies, with a new dastardly scheme designed to cause chaos. He is manipulative and has fought with both Chandra Nalaar and Sorin in the past. Along with Kaya, he returns in this set, bringing his characteristic chaos to the Viking-inspired plane.
