Dignity Health Sports Park is a multi-use sports complex located on the campus of California State University, Dominguez Hills, in Carson, California. It opened in 2003 as Home Depot Center, was renamed StubHub Center in 2013, and became Dignity Health Sports Park in 2019. The complex includes a 27,000-seat soccer stadium, a tennis stadium, a track-and-field facility, and the VELO Sports Center velodrome. Its primary tenant is the LA Galaxy of Major League Soccer.

Lore & Background

The complex cost $150 million to develop, with the soccer stadium building costs around $87 million. It was the smallest NFL stadium during the Los Angeles Chargers' three-season tenure from 2017 to 2019. The Chargers played at the venue for three seasons, not two. The stadium also served as the temporary home of the San Diego State Aztecs football team for the 2020 and 2021 seasons.
