She is the primary antagonist of the series, orchestrating the global spread of Life Fibers to consume humanity. Her attire is not a standard Goku Uniform but a garment made directly from Life Fibers, reflecting her complete control over the alien material. Unlike the kamui worn by her daughters, Ragyo's clothing does not require a symbiotic bond; she commands it through her will, having been infused with Life Fibers since birth. This makes her a nearly unstoppable force, capable of manipulating all Life Fiber-based clothing on Earth.

Ragyo's ultimate goal is to merge humanity with the Primordial Life Fiber, an event she orchestrates through her control of the global fiber network. In the final battle, she is confronted by Ryuko and Satsuki, who use the Rending Scissors and Senketsu to sever her connection to the Life Fibers. Ragyo is ultimately defeated when Senketsu absorbs her Life Fibers, and she falls from the orbiting Life Fiber vessel, presumed dead.
