He graduated from Harumi Sogo High School but dropped out of Asia University. On 15 April 2005, while still a junior high school student, he became the new voice of Gian in TV Asahi's Doraemon, replacing the late Kazuya Tatekabe, and in April 2025 he succeeded Kazuki Yao as Franky in One Piece from episode 1,123.
He voiced Aoi Todo in Jujutsu Kaisen in 2020, in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 in 2023, in the film Jujutsu Kaisen 0 in 2021 and in the 2024 game Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash. When he was in elementary school he appeared on Nippon TV's impersonation program Mimakin as a child who resembled Kenji Haga.
