Killa Harkan is the head of the German Table, a High Table member whom the Marquis paid to murder Katia's father. He appears in John Wick: Chapter 4 as a target John Wick must kill to regain his status with the Ruska Roma crime syndicate. Scott Adkins portrays Harkan, who operates out of a nightclub in Berlin. His role is brief but pivotal: by eliminating Harkan, John secures the right to challenge the Marquis to a duel under the High Table's ancient traditions.

Killa Harkan is introduced as a High Table member who was paid by the Marquis Vincent Bisset de Gramont to murder the father of Katia, John Wick's adoptive sister. After John travels to the Berlin headquarters of the Ruska Roma crime syndicate to seek readmission, Katia requires that he kill Harkan as proof of loyalty. Katia tasks her henchman Klaus Shields to escort John to Harkan's nightclub. At the nightclub, Harkan ambushes John after a game of poker, but with help from Caine and Mr. Nobody, John kills him and regains his status. This act allows Winston to convey John's challenge to the Marquis, setting the stage for the final duel in Paris.
