Amongst the Catacombs of Nephren-Ka is the debut studio album by American technical death metal band Nile, released on April 28, 1998, through Relapse Records. It is considered the band's breakthrough record and features notably shorter songs than their later albums. The title references H. P. Lovecraft's story "The Outsider" and the Cthulhu Mythos figure Nephren-Ka, an Egyptian Pharaoh. The album was inducted into Decibel's Hall of Fame in June 2009.
