Characters

Yukito Urabe was thrown off a cliff by his father's cult and initially believed he died and reincarnated in an isekai world, but realized he was alive in a post-apocalyptic distant future without gods. He was displeased, having hoped for death's release from his father's abuse. Mitama, the land goddess worshipped by Yukito's cult, brought him to this world to found a religion and gain followers, though she made a poor choice in acolyte. Alural is a girl who found the time-displaced Yukito and has an unhealthy obsession with him.

Siluril is Alural's older sister. Roy is a resident pervert and masochist whom Yukito befriended. Clen, later revealed as Loki, is the main antagonist of the first half; she manipulated events and knew the truth behind the Empire, but was betrayed by a right-hand woman resembling Mitama. Enlilta Reesehyde Bertrand started as a knight for the Empire, was killed and resurrected by Mitama in retaliation for killing Yukito, and had his gender swapped.

Atar, the youngest Archon, joined Yukito's cult after Mitama exposed the truth, becoming the second god. Eudora, a high-ranking female knight, was a fan of Beltrand before his gender change. An entity resembling Mitama caused the original Mitama's power to go haywire; she started as Loki's right hand but turned on her. Dakini, also called Gohonzon, leads an erotic cult with a gyaru attitude, claiming to be a real goddess of lust but is actually an Archon formerly loyal to the Empire.
