Boselli played seven seasons for the Jaguars, earning five Pro Bowl selections and three first-team All-Pro honors. He appeared in two AFC Championship Games. He was the first selection in the 2002 NFL expansion draft by the Houston Texans but retired without playing for them due to injuries. He rejoined the Jaguars as an executive in 2025. He was the first inductee of the Jaguars Hall of Fame in 2006, inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2022, and the College Football Hall of Fame in 2014.

The humid air of Gator Bowl Stadium hung heavy over the gridiron in the late summer of 1995. Tony Boselli adjusted his helmet, the number 76 gleaming under the Florida sun as he took his stance on the left side of the line. Across from him stood a veteran pass rusher, confident and eager to make a statement against the new expansion team. But as the ball was snapped, there was no gap for the defender to find. Boselli moved with a fluid, terrifying power, sealing off the edge with the precision of a master craftsman. Mark Brunell stepped up into an empty pocket, surveying the field without fear. In that moment, the Jaguars weren't just an expansion team; they were a force, anchored by a man who refused to yield an inch.

Boselli was a first-team All-Pac-10 and first-team All-American in 1992, 1993, and 1994. He won the Morris Trophy in 1994. He was initiated into Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. After football, he invested in Mattress Firm stores and owns Whataburger franchises in Jacksonville with Mark Brunell. He also works as offensive line coach at Episcopal School of Jacksonville and is a founding partner in IF Marketing. He has lived in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida since 2005 with his wife and five children.
