Monster Girl
Amanda, a cursed hero who turns into an ogre-like brute and later joins Robot's Guardians.
Monster Girl is Amanda, a superhero in the Invincible comics who was put under a curse by a gypsy. The curse lets her shift into a huge ogre-like creature with superhuman strength and invulnerability, but every change into that form makes her human body younger.
Background
Her boyfriend Robot eventually works out a way to stop the curse's side effects, so that she can grow up normally. Under Cecil's orders Robot forms a new Guardians of the Globe from the Teen Team and new heroes, Monster Girl among them. Amanda follows Robot through a portal to fight the Flaxans, and the two end up stuck in the time-dilated Flaxan dimension for close to a thousand years of subjective time; when they get back, only a year has passed at home, but her body has aged twelve years. She later turns against Robot.
