Behrupiyo

Behrupiyo (Gujarati: બહેરૂપિયો, translating to "a shape-shifter" or "one who assumes multiple forms") is a forthcoming Indian Gujarati-language horror thriller film set for release in 2026. Directed by Raja Sanjay Choksi, who co-wrote the script with Kapil Sahetya, the movie features a cast including Kinjal Rajpriya, Jayesh More, Maulik Chauhan, Denisha Ghumra, and Aasheema Vardaan, among others. Kaushik Patel and Hardik Patel produced it under the Savnath Entertainment banner, in partnership with RSC Films. The film hit theaters on 24 April 2026.

The plot centers on three friends who, while exploring a heritage property, accidentally stir an ancient curse. This curse originates from a deadly ritual carried out by a royal family long ago. As eerie whispers and a sense of dread take hold, the group finds themselves linked to a village's dark history, which is steeped in Gujarati folklore.

Additional cast members include Neeta Paryani, Aakash Ahuja, Deep Sheth, Vaishakh Rathod, Shilva Panchal, Bimal Trivedi, Ami Patel, Niyati Bhatt, Hitendra Rajgor, Vishal Vaishya, Parmeshwar Sirsikar, and Maddy Kava.

Marketing for the film kicked off on 1 January 2026 with a promotional video that revealed the release date. The teaser came out on 16 January 2026 on YouTube and social media, and the first-look poster was unveiled on 18 March 2026. The debut song, "Monghera Mehman," dropped on 8 April 2026, followed by the official trailer on 11 April 2026. The film was released on 24 April 2026.
