Soyuz MS-20

Soyuz MS-20 carried two Japanese space tourists to the ISS.

Last updated

Soyuz MS-20 flew to the International Space Station in December 2021, but unlike most Soyuz missions, it didn't swap out expedition crews or serve as an emergency escape vehicle. Instead, a single veteran cosmonaut commanded the craft, carrying two space tourists booked through Space Adventures. The trip to the station took six hours.
