Katsura Kotaro

Katsura Kotaro is a Joi terrorist who is attacked by a ronin at a bridge one night. His comrade, Elizabeth, goes to the freelancer trio Yorozuya requesting help in finding him. Katsura is later revealed to have been hiding in a ship owned by the Kiheitai, disguised as another Elizabeth. He blows up the factory aboard the ship, destroying all remaining Benizakura save for one, and confronts Shinsuke Takasugi alongside Kagura and Shinpachi. After escaping the ship, Katsura reunites with Gintoki's group and declares Takasugi an enemy, stating that the next time they meet they will show no mercy regardless of their past.
