A second soundtrack, Friends Again, followed in 1999, selling half a million copies worldwide and featuring the single "Question Everything." In 2004, a six-track EP titled Friends: The One with All the Party Music was marketed as a CD sampler, becoming the third soundtrack release. The following year, Friends: The Ultimate Soundtrack was released, containing hits and some new unreleased tracks from the show.

In 2019, the Friends 25th Anniversary soundtrack was released, containing 171 tracks that included cast performances and dialogue.
