The series begins with Sanju, an ordinary but courageous and compassionate boy, who finds a magical pencil that can bring his sketches to life. As he learns to use it, he attracts the attention of a gang of thieves led by Tiger, aided by a magician named Kalicharan who covets the pencil's power. Throughout the first season, Sanju uses the pencil to help friends while evading the thieves, eventually sacrificing it to save the world.

The second season introduces a human boy named Shaan who also finds a magical pencil, leading to new adventures.
