Attrakt accused Warner Music Korea and producer Ahn Sung-il of attempting to poach the members, filing criminal charges against Ahn and three others for fraud and obstruction. On August 28, 2023, the Seoul Central District Court dismissed the injunction in favor of Attrakt. The members’ law firm, Barun Law, said they would appeal. On October 17, member Keena withdrew her lawsuit and returned to Attrakt. On October 23, Attrakt terminated the contracts of Saena, Aran, and Sio, and the court upheld its dismissal the next day. On November 2, The Givers’ CEO, who produced Fifty Fifty’s music, sued Attrakt for defamation.
On December 19, 2023, Attrakt filed a damages lawsuit against the three former members, two The Givers executives, and the former members’ parents, with the first hearing set for August 29, 2024.
