Frenzied Flame Seal

A conduit for the madness that seeks to burn all worlds into one.

The Frenzied Flame is the alternative power the Tarnished can seek in Elden Ring instead of the Flame of Ruin. If the Tarnished gains it, Melina abandons them and they must use the Frenzied Flame to set the Erdtree on fire; one of the game's six endings uses it to destroy the Lands Between.

Lore & Background

In the Frenzied Flame ending Torrent still follows the player, willingly sacrificing himself to the flame, and Melina is seen recovering the Spectral Steed Whistle from the ruined Erdtree before it burns to ash. An Unalloyed Gold Needle can be used to suppress the Outer God of Frenzied Flame if it has been inherited, averting the otherwise locked ending.
