Urban Rangers
Rolf's scouting troop, with Jimmy, Jonny and Plank as members.
The Urban Rangers are a scouting group led by Rolf. Its members are Jimmy, Jonny and Plank, and they first appear in "Oath to an Ed".
Members earn badges for everyday tasks and go camping in the woods.
Background
The Eds once tried to join to get the uniform. They could not earn a single badge and were thrown out.
Ever since, Eddy has held a grudge and tries to prove the Rangers are phonies.
