Unless indicated otherwise, individual judges scores in the chart below are listed in this order from left to right: Todd McKenney, Helen Richey, Mark Wilson. For weeks with a guest judge, the order includes Bruno Tonioli at the end. Bruno Tonioli served as a guest judge. Couples performed either the cha-cha-cha or the foxtrot, and are listed in the order they performed.

In another week, couples performed either the jive or the tango, again listed in performance order. Later weeks saw couples perform either the samba or the waltz, then the paso doble or the quickstep, followed by the Argentine tango or the salsa, and later the rumba or the West Coast Swing. For two weeks, each couple performed two routines, listed in performance order. In one week, each couple performed two routines, one chosen by the judges and the other a segue of three different dance styles.

In the final week, each couple performed their favourite dance of the season and a group cha-cha-cha, after which the couple with the lowest combined score was eliminated; the remaining two couples then performed their freestyle routines.
