Conus garywilsoni is a marine gastropod mollusk belonging to the family Conidae, commonly known as cone snails. As with other members of the genus Conus, it is a predatory and venomous animal capable of stinging humans, so live specimens should be handled with caution or avoided altogether. This species is notably small, with adult shells measuring between 15 and 21 millimeters in length—a modest size compared to the wide range found across the Conus genus, which includes species from just a few millimeters to over 20 centimeters.

The snail is named after Gary Wilson, a conchologist from Western Australia, in recognition of his contributions to the study of cone snails in that region. Endemic to Australia, Conus garywilsoni is found off the North West Cape, including areas near Exmouth. Specimens have been collected by SCUBA diving at depths of about 40 meters, typically on sandy bottoms among algae.
