Ssumday began his professional career in Korea on KT Rolster as their toplaner, before moving to North America where he spent a year with Team Dignitas, after which he signed with 100 Thieves in 2018. He won his first domestic championship in 2021 after eight splits with the team. He later played for Evil Geniuses in the 2023 LCS Spring Split, then re-signed with 100 Thieves for the 2023 LCS Summer Split. After the season, he remained on 100 Thieves as a content creator. In May 2024, he announced his retirement from professional League of Legends. On June 23, 2026, he was announced as the new head coach for the challengers team of HANJIN BRION.

The arena lights dimmed to a low amber. Five monitors glowed in the C9 booth, each screen reflecting the focused stillness of a team about to enter their fifth set of the split. Ssumday cracked his neck, jaw tight, and pulled his headset down. The crowd noise was a low ocean swell behind the glass. He scrolled through his champion select, locking in a jungler that had no business being that early. Across the stage, the opposing jungler's cursor hovered, uncertain. The countdown ticked. The first wave crept forward. And Ssumday was already moving—already three camps deep, already rewriting the map before the first turret even took a hit. The crowd felt it in their chests before they understood it. The game was his.
