Tyrone Curtis "Muggsy" Bogues (born January 9, 1965) is an American former basketball player. The shortest player ever to play in the NBA, the 5 ft 3 in (1.60 m) Bogues played point guard for four teams during his 14-season career. Best known for his 10 seasons with the Charlotte Hornets, he also played for the Washington Bullets, Golden State Warriors, and Toronto Raptors.

Bogues was originally selected by the Washington Bullets in the 1987 NBA draft, then claimed by the Charlotte Hornets in the 1988 NBA expansion draft. He played parts of ten seasons with the Hornets, becoming one of the faces of the franchise alongside Alonzo Mourning and Larry Johnson. He led the team to the playoffs three times. On November 7, 1997, he was traded to the Golden State Warriors. At the time, he was the franchise leader in steals.
