The Turok-Han

The Turok-Han are an ancient and powerful sub-species of vampire introduced in the seventh season of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, likened to Neanderthal man and colloquially called "über-vamps". They are stronger and harder to kill than common vampires and can usually withstand a stake to the chest, but can still be killed by beheading or sunlight. The First raises an army of Turok-Han inside the Hellmouth, which the Potentials fight in the series' final battle.
