Dave Keon
Four-time Stanley Cup champion and Hall of Famer who never played for the Buffalo Sabres.
Dave Keon is a Canadian former professional ice hockey centre who played from 1960 to 1982. He spent his first 15 seasons with the Toronto Maple Leafs, winning the Calder Memorial Trophy and four Stanley Cup Championships, and was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1986.

Lore & Background
Keon won the Calder Memorial Trophy as the NHL's top rookie in 1960–61. He won the Lady Byng Memorial Trophy in 1961–62 and 1962–63, taking only one minor penalty each season. He won four Stanley Cups with the Leafs (1961–62, 1962–63, 1963–64, 1966–67) and the Conn Smythe Trophy in 1967. He was named team captain on October 31, 1969. He tied the NHL record for most shorthanded goals in a season (8) in 1970–71. He played in the WHA for the Minnesota Fighting Saints, Indianapolis Racers, and New England Whalers, and returned to the NHL with the Hartford Whalers in 1979. He retired on June 30, 1982.
