Pi Fornacis is a binary star system in the southern constellation Fornax. With an apparent visual magnitude of 5.360, it is visible to the naked eye on a dark night. The primary is an evolved G-type giant star of class G8 III, while a companion was discovered in 2008 using the AMBER instrument of the Very Large Telescope.
