Hans-Dieter "Hansi" Flick (born 24 February 1965) is a German professional football manager and former player who is the manager of La Liga club Barcelona. He is widely considered to be one of the best managers in the world.

A midfielder, Flick played for SV Sandhausen, Bayern Munich, and 1. FC Köln during his career as a player. He made two appearances for the Germany under-18 team in the group stage of the 1983 UEFA European Under-18 Championship on 15 and 17 May 1983. He never played for the Germany national team. As a manager, he led Bayern Munich to a continental treble in 2019–20 and a sextuple, and later managed the Germany national team from 2021 until his dismissal in 2023. He joined Barcelona in 2024.

Flick's managerial career began in 1996 as player-manager of Victoria Bammental. He later managed TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, leading them to promotion to the Regionalliga Süd. He was assistant coach of the German national team under Joachim Löw from 2006 to 2014, contributing to their 2014 FIFA World Cup victory. He served as sporting director of the DFB from 2014 to 2017. After rejoining Bayern Munich as assistant coach in 2019, he became interim manager in November 2019 and was later appointed permanently, winning the UEFA Champions League that season. He led Germany to qualification for the 2022 FIFA World Cup but was dismissed in 2023. In 2024, he joined Barcelona.
