María Conde Alcolado (born 14 January 1997) is a Spanish professional basketball player who currently plays for the Toronto Tempo of the WNBA and Famila Basket Schio of the Lega Basket Femminile. She also represents Spain on the international stage. Conde played two seasons of college basketball for the Florida State Seminoles before being selected 27th overall by the Chicago Sky in the 2019 WNBA draft.

Club career

María Conde began playing for local club CB Estudiantes at age ten, quickly developing into one of their top players and helping the team win regional and state youth tournaments. Still in her junior years during the 2014–15 season, she debuted with the senior team in Spain's second tier, averaging 15.8 points and 6.7 rebounds per game. Her strong play drew interest from American colleges, and after speaking with fellow Spaniard Leticia Romero, she chose Florida State University.

Conde spent two years with the Seminoles, averaging 15.6 minutes and 3.3 points per game as a sophomore. She returned to Spain in 2017 to play for Spar CityLift Girona in the Liga Femenina de Baloncesto and the EuroCup. For the 2018–19 season, she signed with Polish team Wisła Can-Pack Kraków. From 2020 to 2025, Conde played for USK Praha of the Czech Women's Basketball League.

She then signed with Famila Basket Schio of the Lega Basket Femminile for the 2025–26 season. In the WNBA, the Chicago Sky drafted her in the third round of the 2019 draft, but she never joined the team. On December 6, 2024, the Golden State Valkyries selected her from the Chicago Sky's roster in the 2024 WNBA expansion draft. Later, on April 3, 2026, the Toronto Tempo picked her from the Golden State Valkyries' roster in the 2026 WNBA expansion draft, and she signed her contract on April 11.
