Suzanne Flannigan
A Secret Service agent who betrays her duty for a ransom plot.
Jezzie Flannigan is a U.S. Secret Service Special Agent who is held responsible for the security breach that allows Gary Soneji to kidnap Megan Rose, the daughter of a U.S. senator, from her private school. She joins forces with Dr. Alex Cross to track down Soneji and find Megan. However, it is later revealed that Flannigan had known about Soneji for some time and used him as a pawn in her own plot to collect a ransom from Megan's family, working with fellow agent Ben Devine. After Cross discovers the truth, Flannigan murders Devine and attempts to kill Megan at a secluded farmhouse, but Cross shoots and kills her, saving Megan.
