Premise

Thirteen-year-old identical twins discover that a corporation, working with the government, is secretly tracking and manipulating Australia's youth through electronic tracking devices installed during routine dental exams under the Global Child Initiative Programme. The twins join a group of underground vigilantes called the Unlisted to stop the corporation from creating an army of young soldiers controlled by the wealthy.

Cast and characters

Ved Rao plays Kalpen "Kal" Sharma, a teenage boy attending middle school who is the twin brother of Drupad Sharma. Kal took his brother's place in a dental appointment and ended up with two implants, gaining double the ability compared to his classmates. Though not as intelligent as his brother, Kal is athletic, strategic, brave, and loyal, but his personality slowly changes after implantation as he becomes manipulated by Infinity Group and Regan. Vrund Rao plays Drupad "Dru" Sharma, Kal's twin brother, who is very intelligent and knows how to code. Because of his fear of dentists, he asked his brother to go in his place and thus has not been implanted, lacking the enhanced abilities his brother and classmates have. Miah Madden plays Kymara Russell, a vlog streamer who posts gaming content and is part of the Unlisted; her fame forces other members to hide her during plans. Abigail Adriano plays Rose Aquino, an Asian girl who is one of the Unlisted children working with the twins. Nya Cofie plays Jacob Annan, a teenager who is a big soccer fan and supports the same team as Kal; he got an infection after Kal beat him when the Unlisted attacked Dru. Jean Hinchliffe plays Gemma Khouri, a kind and brave girl who grew up on a farm and is part of the Unlisted because she was not implanted due to helping at her father's farm.

Reception

The first season received generally positive reviews, with praise for its directing, fast-paced story, visuals, and themes. Ruth Prarthana of Deccan Chronicle gave it 4 out of 5, noting it offers 15 episodes that capture the narrative in a fast-paced manner with no needless drama. Ayize Everett of Common Sense Media described it as fairly light and fun despite overtones of menace. John Serba of Decider praised the theme song but expressed concern about the actors' performances and the series' inconsistent tone.
