White Knight (chocolate bar)
Mighty Mint Chew in blue and white packaging.
Australia's White Knight bar was a chocolate-coated, chewy mint confection. Hoadley's Chocolates first made it, then Nestlé Australia took over. Its blue-and-white packaging showed a knight on horseback, with the slogan 'Mighty Mint Chew'. It was discontinued in 2016.

Description
The 25 gram bar consists of a white, mint flavoured chewy centre coated in compound chocolate. In the 1980s the bar was placed on top of a piece of cardboard inside the wrapper; the reverse of the card displayed a picture of a fictional knight that could be bent at the base to stand upright. Children would trade and collect the set of these knights. This packaging feature was discontinued years later, likely as a cost-cutting measure.
The bar was once available across all major Australian supermarkets, some discount department stores such as Kmart, and milk bars or convenience stores. By 2014 it was stocked only at Woolworths and Coles supermarkets and some specialty confectionery stores. The 25g bar was sold at a cheaper price point reflecting its smaller size—for example, 75c in 2008—but in early 2010 its price was raised to match larger 50–60 g chocolate bars, costing 90c at Coles, Woolworths, and Kmart.
Nestlé Australia discontinued production of White Knight around 2016. Ingredients include sugar, glucose syrup (derived from wheat or corn), vegetable fat, milk solids, cocoa, gelatine, emulsifiers (soya lecithin, 492), peppermint oil, salt, flavours, and colour (133). Nutritional information per 25 g serving: energy 460 kJ, protein 0.5 g, total fat 3.1 g (saturated 2.9 g), carbohydrate 19.7 g (sugars 15.1 g), sodium 10 mg.
