Story
A while after the events of Metal Slug 4, 5, 3D, and Advance, the Peregrine Falcon Strike Force, the SPARROWS, and the Ikari Warriors hunt for General Morden on a giant island landfill turned into a military fortress. After the heroes smash his latest weapon, Morden gets unexpected aid from futuristic soldiers who step through a time portal. The heroes destroy the portal, cutting off the Rebel Army's supplies. Morden flees in a giant mechanical Kraken above a lake of molten lava. Following a tough fight, Morden is beaten and his weapon sinks into the lava. The heroes capture him, but he escapes when Martians attack their helicopter. The story ends with the heroes chasing Morden and his men into the sunset.
