Plot
An isolated island continent was once plunged into war. Those who wished to end the conflict revived a powerful weapon called the Admonisher and threatened the warring parties with it, ending all wars by force. The group behind this, the Peace Maintenance Brigade, maintained peace for 20 years, but its aging members can no longer keep order. War has broken out again, driven by a mysterious famine that leaves citizens fighting over fertile land, while cities are attacked by amphibious monsters known as Screapers.
