Telmo Zarra (20 January 1921 – 23 February 2006) was a Spanish football forward who spent most of his career at Athletic Bilbao from 1940 to 1955, remaining the club's top scorer in competitive matches with 335 goals.

Zarra signed for Athletic after playing one season for Erandio. He won the Pichichi Trophy as La Liga's highest scorer six times. His 251 league goals were a Spanish record for 32 years, until 1987. He scored 81 goals in the Copa del Rey, a record. He played 20 times for Spain, scoring 20 goals, including four in a 6–3 win over Switzerland on 18 February 1951 and the winning goal against England in the 1950 World Cup finals. After leaving Athletic in 1955, he played one year for SD Indautxu and another for Barakaldo CF before retiring. He died of a heart attack on 23 February 2006, aged 85.
