Synopsis
The series takes place in a futuristic universe populated by species from different galaxies who engage in a racing activity called Scan2Go. Miniature automated toy cars race autonomously on large-scale tracks, controlled by special cards that provide power-ups and turboboosts. Races are one-lap sprints requiring speed and strategic maneuvering through obstacles, with formats including team efforts and free-for-all competitions. The central character is Kazuya 'Kaz' Gordon, leader of Team Jet (formerly the Junior Earth Team), who begins his racing journey on Earth and aims to become the preeminent Scan2Go racer while forging new friendships. The plot intensifies with Ryu Kaizel, a formidable antagonist who dismantles the Scan2Go committee and seeks to manipulate humanity's negative emotions to annihilate the universe.
Merchandise
Scan2Go merchandise includes a car and two types of cards: power cards and turbo cards. There are 20 Scan2Go cars, each associated with a character. The Innovate technology lets players program the car to activate power turbo sequences. Power cards have 12 levels determining turbo engine boost strength, with each of the 12 cars having 12 different designs reflecting power level. Turbo cards have 6 levels determining how many times the turbo engine boosts, with six levels available for each of the 12 cars.
