Plot
A young Gabby visits her grandma Gigi, who shows her a cat-themed dollhouse with the Gabby Cats and gives her a special headband that lets her shrink to doll size. In the present, Gabby and her grandmother go on a road trip to Cat Francisco with the dollhouse. CatRat accidentally unlatches the dollhouse, which rolls into a store and is taken by Vera, an old cat lady. Vera splits the Gabby Cats up around her area. CatRat ends up in a drawer and brings a plush cat named Chumsley and four pencil toppers to life. Gabby shrinks with Pandy Paws and goes to Vera's home. She learns the Gabby Cats are missing, meets Chumsley, and finds MerCat in a fish tank. They free MerCat and find the other Gabby Cats in a bag, but fall into a bush. Kitty gnomes take them to Kitty Fairy, their queen. Gabby tricks the gnomes into playing hide and seek while building a flying vehicle. Kitty Fairy gives up her title and returns to the dollhouse. Gabby frees Cakey, Baby Box, and DJ Catnip while Vera is distracted. Chumsley shows a flashback of Vera playing with him as a child before leaving him. Chumsley takes over the dollhouse and seals the windows. Carlita takes Pandy and DJ Catnip to get Gigi.
