SlamTV!

JCW's first internet series, taped on a nationwide tour.

SlamTV! was an internet wrestling show produced by Juggalo Championship Wrestling, the promotion owned by the Insane Clown Posse. Color commentary was provided by "Handsome Harley 'Gweedo' Guestella" (Shaggy 2 Dope) and "Diamond Donovan '3D' Douglas" (Violent J), with "Luscious" Johnny Stark (Twiztid's Jamie Madrox) substituting as needed. Its initial run of 20 episodes was taped during a nationwide tour called "The Tempest Release Party," and before its creation, JCW content was available only through three initial DVDs, live events, or home videos.

Seasons

Season 1 was filmed from February 25 to March 20, 2007. Vampiro was originally scheduled for the tour but was removed at the last minute because SlamTV! was slated for a national DVD release, which would have conflicted with his WSX contract. Two "Free Pay-Per-Views" were held: West Side Wars, broadcast on June 20, 2007, from Long Beach, California, and East Side Wars, broadcast on July 28 from Philadelphia. The series also hosted its premier wrestling event, Bloodymania, at ICP's annual "Gathering of the Juggalos" festival.

Tracy Smothers debuted by cutting promos insulting the company, the owners (Insane Clown Posse), and the fans. He ran wild on JCW, with matches often ending in him choking opponents out. In the sixth episode, during a match involving 2 Tuff Tony, Smothers attacked Tony, who was then kayfabe carried out on a stretcher. With Tony sidelined, Smothers continued terrorizing the roster.

Days before Tony's return in episode 8, Smothers was kayfabe arrested and dropped from the rest of the tour, leaving Tony unable to seek revenge. In early episodes, Zach Gowen kayfabe expressed dislike of JCW but gradually came to appreciate the fans. By the twelfth episode, Gowen and Human Tornado teamed up as the "Pimp and Gimp Connection," earning a spot in the 8 Team Tag-Team Elimination match for the JCW Tag Team Championship at Bloodymania.

Long-time JCW wrestlers Mad Man Pondo and Necro Butcher initially teamed successfully, but miscommunication led to animosity. In a match pitting Necro Butcher against Nosawa, Pondo interfered, pushed Nosawa aside, and intentionally hit Necro with the Stop Sign Smash. The duo broke into kayfabe fistfights over the following two weeks, leading to a series of matches between them. They reunited at East Side Wars and subsequently earned a spot in the 8 Team Tag-Team Elimination Match for the JCW Tag Team Championship at Bloodymania.

2007 End of the Year Awards

The official JCW website opened voting for the 2007 Year End Awards on December 21, 2007. The winners were revealed during the January 10 episode of the internet radio program 'The Main Event,' which Violent J and Corporal Robinson hosted. The awards recognized Best Tag Team of 2007, won by Mad Man Pondo and Necro Butcher, with the Pimp & Gimp Connection also listed. Best Face of 2007 went to Scott Hall, alongside 2 Tuff Tony. The Most Hated award featured "Holy" Trent Acid and Mad Man Pondo. Bloodymania and West Side Wars tied for Best JCW Show. Best Wrestler of 2007 was Corporal Robinson, with 2 Tuff Tony also named. Best Feud of 2007 included "Southern" Tracy Smothers versus anybody in JCW, and "Holy" Trent Acid versus Corporal Robinson.
