Huckapoo was a short-lived American teen pop girl group assembled in 2004 by Brian Lukow, who had previously co-created the boy band Dream Street. The five members were Brittney Segal (performing as "Angel Sparks"), Brittany Lahm ("Twiggy Stardom"), Lindsay Nyman ("Joey Thunders"), Jordan Lane Price ("Groovy Tuesday"), and Brooke Mori ("P.J. Bardot"). Lukow wanted to recreate Dream Street's commercial appeal with a girl group, borrowing the Spice Girls' emphasis on distinct personalities and Girl Power. Each member adopted a stage alias based on a high school social archetype: a biker, a preppy cheerleader, a punk, a flower child hippie, and a hip-hop princess. Although they recorded songs for live performances and promotional use, Huckapoo never released a full album. Their material appeared on several Disney compilation albums, including *That's So Raven*, and the track "Perfectly" was featured on the soundtrack for the Disney Channel original movie *Pixel Perfect*. In April 2006, Segal left the group, and the remaining four continued performing. The following year, their songs appeared in the film *Spy School*, including their own cover of "Macho Man." By 2008, all members had parted ways.
