Episodes

The first episode, titled "Big Dreams," introduced the six assistants on their first day. Bridget Helene and Nicole Amendolare began at Seventh House PR, where they met director Mandie Erickson and publicist Matt Kays. Mandie criticized Nicole for wearing flip flops and asked about favorite designers; Bridget named Stretsis while Nicole said Juicy Couture. Tina Patient and Janjay Sherman reported to Kathleen Pierce, VP of Communications at Flirt!

Cosmetics, who instructed them to immerse themselves in the brand. Rachel Jacoby and Andrew Kanakis started at Jane magazine, where editor-in-chief Brandon Holley questioned their familiarity with the publication; Andrew admitted to having picked up only an issue or two, while Rachel called it her favorite magazine. All assistants were told they would work together during fashion week and other events. Rachel and Andrew were sent on an assignment to be photographed naked for the magazine's "naked issue," but were told by Stephanie Trong that they had been "Jane pranked" and would instead write the prank page.

Janjay created a trend board for spring makeup, and Tina applied spring makeup. The assistants met for drinks, and Andrew offered Bridget a place to live, which she accepted. Nicole became discouraged at an event, doubting the sincerity of partygoers and feeling unsettled when Mandie did not acknowledge her. The second episode was titled "Where's Nicole?"

Each episode included an evaluation of the assistants' performance by their supervisors, either individually or as a couple.
